Explore the history of the transatlantic slave trade. An interactive video drama.

The story of the slave trade is told through the stories of the individuals involved and a user can interact by putting questions and statements to them.

This project is embedded in Revealing Histories, a partnership of eight museums and galleries in Greater Manchester who came together in 2007 to commemorate the bicentenary of the abolition of the British slave trade in 1807.

My jobs: Extracting from approximately seven hours video footage the final dramaturgic and interactive concept.
